The following is a description of equipment used by The Pride and the technical requirements for our show to be successful.

The Pride supplies it’s own P.A., both front & back end for most shows. Depending on the venue this system may be anything from 2000 to 10 000 watts. We also bring our own lighting kit, including disco-type lights for the dance floor.

What we require is a stage or platform, preferably a minimum 1 foot in height and at least 8 feet deep. The width depends on the version of The Pride. The duo & trio require 12 feet minimum width. Four (or more) piece versions require an absolute minimum of 20 feet.

We also prefer a backdrop, black or other dark colour, the width of the stage and not less than 10 feet high.

Finally, our power requirements call for a minimum of 4 separate 15 amp circuits no more than 20 feet from the stage. For a complete rider in PDF format, click HERE.
