At 12 years of age Marie-Josée takes the stage for the first time and despite the piano being her instrument, singing quickly becomes her first passion. She went on to study traditional song at Cégep Lionel-Groulx and the Montreal Academy of Music where she acquired solid musical and vocal training.
 
Professionally, Marie-Josée performed as a principal for the musical review: Best Of Broadway between 2006 and 2008 at an Atlantic City casino and in Quebec from January, 2009. Marie-Josée also had the honor to be part of the Elvis Story team, a huge succesful show in Quebec, Atlantic city, Biloxi, Japan and Europe over the past 13 years.
 
In addition to the corporate events, festivals, casinos, musical reviews throughout Canada and the United States over the past 11 years, Marie-Josée has performed with the likes of Donald Lautrec, Julie Bélanger, Amanda Marshall, Les BB, Andrée Waters, Melanie Renaud, Audrey de Montigny (Canadian Idol 2003) and Maritza (Star Académie 2003). She has also performed on television for La poule au oeuf d'or gala country and Mannequin d'un jour.
 
Marie-Josée is now tackling her latest project : writing/composing the songs for her very first independent album Autour de moi.
 
Other accomplishments include being in chosen among the top 6 from among over 400 at the Festival de la chanson de Granby.
